ITP Camp is a playground, a lab, and a classroom for creative and techy people who want to shake things up. Every June in New York City, we invite makers, artists, musicians, programmers, fabricators, and creatives of all sorts to join the ITP community to make stuff, hear speakers on the cutting edge, and collaborate with people from diverse disciplines.

For generations of NYU Tisch filmmakers, Sight & Sound Filmmaking has been more than a class; it has been a rite of passage and a defining part of UGFTV culture and community. Sight & Sound Filmmaking: The American Filmmaking Engine, created and curated by Professor Rick Litvin, explores the remarkable legacy of the course that has launched countless creative journeys and helped shape the language of contemporary cinema.

Grad Film MFA candidate Einav Nitzani receives 2025-26 AnnaRose King Award
AnnaRose King graduated from the Graduate Film Department in 2014 with a comedic feature thesis film, GOOD ENOUGH. Her filmmaking career was cut tragically short when she died in 2021 of cancer. The AnnaRose King Production Award was endowed by her friends, family, colleagues and classmates to honor her creative legacy and memory.

On June 22, 2026, Molly Shannon '87 (BFA, Drama) was awarded the 2,850th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for her acclaimed career spanning comedy, drama, television, and film.
