Gary, a troubled New York advertising creative director, skips work to drink and watch soccer. After a fight breaks out, he continues his all night binge alone. At work the next day, an executive confronts him about why their client is furious. To save face and keep the client he plots to let his colleague take the fall.

Stephen's foray into dramatic film draws from his documentary expertise and a unique English perspective of the American dream. OVERTIME is the first in a triptych of New York short stories examining characters who struggle for balance in their work and personal lives. His short documentaries have won awards and played in film festivals worldwide. Stephen is also in post production on his first feature documentary, New Age Pimp, a portrait of a ghetto hustler turned suburban pimp. As an award winning graphic designer and creative director Stephen has created and directed advertising and corporate communications for major international clients such as Goldman Sachs, Sony, Hallmark Entertainment and the BBC.
Stephen was born and raised in Newcastle, England and is currently completing a graduate degree in film at New York University.
